WFD25: A Great Readiness Event

Each year which members of UNDR Group participate somewhere for the annual Winter Field Day event,  we always try to do something different than the year prior.

In the true spirit of Winter Field Day, having a mindset for emergency preparations centered around off-grid global communications means we need to be out of our natural comfort zones.   Setting up a short term wireless communications outpost somewhere, anywhere away from home is the primary objective. But, having fun while also reaching other objectives for the event really helps create a unique winter activity.
