Membership to UNDR Group is open to anyone who is interested in:
- Communication preparedness via amateur and unlicensed spectrum communications
- Assist and encourage persons to join community service organizations focused or organized by officially recognized entities. (Examples: MRC, ARES, RACES, CERT, REACT)
